LS Mtron is trying hard to share the future with all of its diverse stakeholders.

LS Mtron deeply respects the economic, social and environmental values of its stakeholders, so the company is working hard to
preserve them by co-developing sustainable business practices with all who are involved. As Stage 1 of its road map for sustainability
management (2010~2012) has ended, LS Mtron has implemented Stage 2, which shows the pathway forward until 2015.
While Stage 1 placed emphasis on establishing and integrating sustainability, Stage 2 stresses improvement of our management level to the
global standard, and reinforcement of communication with stakeholders to ensure that practical values can be realized.

The goal of Stage 2 of LS Mtron's sustainability management is ‘to establish a global standard.’ This means proactive compliance with the standards and norms required as

We hope that this report serves as an efficient communication channel with our various stakeholders. This report was created by LS Mtron’s company-wide Sustainability Management Steering Council under the supervision of the Sustainability Management Executive Office.
The report content was prepared on the basis of our ‘Sustainability Management Steering Wheel’ which presents focus areas of the pertinent year, and two to three representative
outcomes were selected in each focus area in consideration of business impact and stakeholder interest.
