We aim to build a happy workplace together with our staff.
LS Mtron diagnoses the current state of its corporate culture and establishes systemic tasks to improve corporate culture base on the results.
In addition, the company engages in change agent (CA) activities to encourage staff to communicate voluntarily and participate in innovating work methods.
CA(Change Agent) Activities
‘We are building an enjoyable organizational culture with the voluntary support of our staff.’ Our CA organization manages the change of corporate culture and promotes various voluntary activities to encourage communication (random meals, pub days, flea markets, squid games, etc.) and to innovate work methods (encyclopedia webinars, negotiation programs, reporting culture improvements, etc.).
Communication Between the Management and Staff
‘We aim to build a culture of two-way communication.’ Leaders bring well-known snacks from their respective regions and share them with staff in our ‘Delivering Mentors’ program. There is also the ’50-50 Talk Tea Time’ where leaders meet with staff to have conversations on various topics. Through such efforts, we create opportunities for the management and the staff to communicate and build a parallel corporate culture.
Mentoring Program
‘We build fellowship and consensus among our staff.’ When a new staff member joins our company, we offer a mentoring program that provides various one-on-one experiences with senior staff to build fellowship and to help them adapt to their new work environment. We also offer a reverse mentoring program for the leaders of our company to share and experience the interests, hobbies, work methods, etc. of the younger staff and create opportunities to close the gap between generations.
