Operational rule for lawful management
The Legal compliance management operational rule is the top-level rule that defines the basic procedures and related items for the lawful management of LS Mtron, and is applied to every executive and employee for every task within the company.
Lawful management declaration and pledge
LS Mtron hereby declares that it will observe the need for consistent and strong lawful management externally and internally, and every employee of LS Mtron declares that they will comply with lawful management.
Reporting
For a fair and transparent corporate culture, LS Mtron receives reports from witnesses who observe any violation of domestic or overseas laws, or internal company rules, either confirmed or suspected. The identity of reporters is kept strictly confidential and the details of their report will be handled confidentially.
