LS Mtron practices human rights management in order to protect the value and dignity of all of its stakeholders.
LS Mtron upholds the ILO Declaration and has established a labor rights policy based solely on the Labor Standards Act and the UN and OECD’s labor-related standards, and thus earnestly fulfills human rights labor policies by complying with its lawful management operation rules.

Prohibition of forced labor
- Overtime without the consent of laborers has been prohibited
- Demanding deposits or processing fees for hiring from workers has been prohibited
Protection of
underage workers (minors)- Compliance with the legal hiring age guide
- Protection of workers below age 18 according to the hiring rules
Compliance with
working hours rules- Compliance with the maximum working hours as regulated by the law
- Provision of sick leave, childbirth holidays and resting time
Wages and welfare
- Operation of a fair and reasonable reward system
- Welfare support in compliance with legal criteria
Humanitarian treatment
- Brutal or inhumane actions are prohibited in all forms
Prohibited discrimination
- Discrimination based on personal traits (race, gender, age, religion, etc.) in any employment relationship is prohibited
Freedom of assembly
- Guaranteed rights to form, join or organize a labor union
- Guaranteed rights to negotiate with a group or organization
